Patricio Gamboa
Patricio Gamboa has 17 years of experience in the energy sector, holding various positions throughout his career. His main focus has been on energy and natural gas purchase. In February 2019 he founded Energy Intelligence Consulting, an energy consultancy dedicated to advising industrial and commercial consumers on their energy supply.
As a founding partner of Energy Intelligence Consulting, he has advised several companies in the development of their energy contracting strategy and in the search, selection and execution of contracts that guarantee cost, emissions and contractual risk reductions.
He served for 7 years as Director of Energy for Grupo Deacero, being his main function the development of a diversified portfolio of energy purchases.
Prior to the multiple supply agreements it has managed for Energy Intelligence Consulting clients, it closed a 250 MW supply contract with Energía de Celaya, which at that date was the largest contract in value ever signed between a Qualified User and a Qualified Supplier, and with the PIMA Solar park, the first electricity supply contract signed between a private generator and an industrial client.
